Thought leadership for recruitment businesses

The UK recruitment sector has enjoyed a period of sustained growth. Industry turnover increased by 9.7% to £31.5billion in 2014/15.

But the economic and social uncertainty caused by Brexit will have a significant impact across all industry sectors. In the short term at least, it is likely to cast a cloud over recruitment and capital investment.

Most likely, there will be fewer briefs from commercial clients, so more competition among recruitment consultancies. Consultancies will need to think carefully about how they can differentiate themselves from their peers. Candidates too will be nervous about their futures. Relationships will have to be carefully nurtured.

In this uncertain market, Thought Leadership Marketing can help protect your client base and give you a platform for growth.
