“Being a Newcastle graduate myself, it’s a great opportunity to raise awareness of what the university does beyond teaching students.”
Here at Linstock I work across a variety of accounts including Newcastle University and Newcastle University Business School. Being a Newcastle graduate myself, it’s a great opportunity to raise awareness of what the university does beyond teaching students. I also work on some of Linstock’s financial services accounts, providing insightful social media output, helping to raise clients’ media profiles and developing thought leadership programmes that set the agenda for industry discussions and debates.
At my previous agency, I worked on the promotion of local authority corporate social responsibility schemes, promoting the work of business improvement districts and providing experts for retail commentary. I have also worked for two senior MPs as well as volunteering with an NGO in Kenya for three months.
Before beginning my career in communications, I spent three years at Newcastle University studying English Literature and Politics. I was also an editor of The Courier, the university’s award-winning student newspaper, as well as a member of the university’s women’s rugby team.See the rest of Our team
