At Linstock, I provide support across a wide range of clients, including Baringa Partners and Willis Owen, while also carrying out a number of administrative and office management duties.
As a trainee consultant, I am undergoing an intensive training programme, learning key skills that are valuable to research, strategic communications and media relations. My ambition is to understand how thought leadership and behavioural science can be used to challenge and inspire businesses and policymakers.
I applied for Linstock’s traineeship through Creative Access, an organisation that recruits BAME talent in the creative sector. The importance of diversity in the workplace is something that resonates with Linstock and is one of the reasons our working culture is so productive.
Before joining Linstock, I studied English Literature at UCL. During this time, I wrote, composed and directed an original musical which sold out at the Camden People’s Theatre. I have past experience in research and the creative sector.
